Justin W. Cable
Director of Research
Mr. Cable joined the Company in May of 2007 as Director of Research. In addition to managing our research team, he spearheads our Technology Group. Prior to joining GHS, Mr. Cable was Director of Research at B. Riley & Co., a full-service investment bank and brokerage firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Cable managed a team of 11 analysts covering small-cap companies in a broad range of sectors, including Apparel Retail, Consumer Products, Restaurants & Food Products, Telecommunications & Wireless, Software, IT Services, Business Services, Healthcare Services, Medical Devices, Biotech, Semiconductors, Media & Entertainment, Alternative Energy and Special Situations. Mr. Cable joined B. Riley in February, 2000 as an Associate Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst in September 2001. He was ranked #5 Software Analyst by the Wall Street Journal and Thomson First Call "Best on the Street" annual survey in 2003 and #2 Software Analyst by Zacks "All Star Analyst" survey in 2005. Mr. Cable was promoted to B. Riley's Director of Research in July 2006. Prior to joining B. Riley & Co., Mr. Cable worked for Provident Investment Counsel, a growth-focused investment company specializing in U.S. equity strategies across the market capitalization spectrum He was also Founder of two small businesses in retail and marketing and a Business Systems Analyst for a healthcare services organization. Mr. Cable graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of La Verne with a BS degree in both Accounting and Finance.

Ronald Bookbinder
Senior Analyst, Consumer Group - Apparel, Footwear & Discount Retail
Mr. Bookbinder joined the Company in September of 2007 as a Senior Equity Analyst in our Consumer Group. Mr. Bookbinder is focused on retail and manufacturing companies in apparel and footwear as well as discount retailers. He was previously a Senior Equity Analyst at Sterne Agee & Leach in New Orleans, which he joined in June 2003. He was named in the Wall Street Journal "Best on the Street" Analyst Survey for 2007. From 2000 to 2003, he was an Analyst at Johnson Rice & Co. He also held analyst positions at JWGenesis Securities, Southcoast Capital, U.S. Foreign Commercial Service and Burkenroad Reports. Mr. Bookbinder is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated a restaurant and residential real estate. He received an MBA from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science from the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Cornell University.

Ping Luo, CFA
Vice President, China Group
Ms. Luo joined the Company in July of 2007 as a Vice President in our China Group. She brings years of experience working with emerging Chinese markets to GHS. She has in-depth knowledge and established relationships with both public and private companies in China. Prior to joining GHS, Ms. Luo was an Assistant Vice President at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities responsible for originating M&A and corporate advisory services. While at Mitsubishi, she advised over 40 US corporations with regards to identification of potential acquisition or JV partners in China. Prior to joining Mitsubishi, Ms. Luo was a Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions at the Walden Group and a Senior Analyst of Investment Banking at Warner Technology & Investment Corp. Ms. Luo graduated from the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing and obtained her MBA from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. She
also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Conrad Lyon, CFA, CPA
Senior Analyst, Consumer Group - Restaurants
Mr. Lyon joined the Company in March of 2008 as a Senior Equity Analyst in our Consumer Group covering Restaurants. Mr. Lyon was previously a Director and Senior Equity Analyst at FTN Midwest Securities, which he joined in 2006 where he was responsible for all aspects of research for the restaurant industry. Similarly, Mr. Lyon was an Equity Analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a division of McDonald Investments Inc., from 2004 to 2006 where he also covered the restaurant industry. Before joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, he spent three years assisting with the management of a fixed income portfolio at Seagate Global Advisors, a hedge fund with a global macro focus. Prior to joining Seagate Global Advisors, Mr. Lyon was a Consultant with Deloitte & Touche's Valuation and Real Estate Consulting Group where he assessed the market and financial feasibility of stadiums, arenas and other entertainment-oriented facilities. Mr. Lyon attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the CFA Institute as well as the CFA Society of Los Angeles..

Philip J. McPherson
Senior Analyst, Energy Group - E&P
Mr. McPherson joined the Company in June of 2007 as a Senior Equity Research Analyst in our Energy Group. Prior to joining GHS, Mr. McPherson was Director of Research a C. K. Cooper & Company, a boutique investment banking firm, located in Irvine California, which focused exclusively on small-cap exploration and production (E&P) companies. In his role at C. K. Cooper, Mr. McPherson was responsible for new initiations of E&P companies; additionally Mr. McPherson generated the firm's macro economic analysis in relation to oil and natural gas price forecasts, which in turn generated the firm's price decks. These price decks were used to generate earnings and cash flow estimates for the firm's peer group of 20 small-cap E&P companies. Mr. McPherson joined C. K. Cooper in July of 2001 as an institutional salesman, shortly thereafter he moved to the research department and was promoted to Director of Research in January of 2003. Mr. McPherson was rated a 5-star analyst by Zacks in 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2006. Prior to joining C. K. Cooper, Mr. McPherson was a partner in Mission Capital which was acquired by C. K. Cooper in 2001. Mr. McPherson began his career in the securities industry at Mission Capital in March of 1998 as a retail stock broker. Mr. McPherson graduated from East Carolina University with a BA in Economics.

Jodie Zheng Wehner
Vice President, China Group
Ms. Wehner is a Vice President in our China group. She brings years of experience in investment and healthcare industries in both U.S. and China. Prior to joining GHS, Ms. Wehner was a Equity Research Analyst in the top ranking Medical Devices team at CIBC World Markets, covering eighteen small to large cap U.S. and China Medical Device companies. Prior to CIBC, she was an Analyst at Hankey Investment Group and UBS, and was an Associate with Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Prior to Business School, She worked in the pharmaceutical industry and started her career with Eli Lilly & Co. in Strategic Development & Sales. Mrs. Wehner graduated with a BS degree at Peking University Medical School in Beijing, China and received her MBA in Finance and International Business from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.
