in tandem with our research team. The GHS sales and trading team has an extensive
distribution network with immediate access to more than 1,000 U.S. and international
institutional clients, including both long accounts and alternative asset managers.
This is supplemented by our extensive Management Access program, which puts investors
and management face-to-face to uncover true value.
GHS offers full-service market making capabilities. Our Trading Team focuses on
creating liquidity in U.S. and Canadian markets in order to help our institutional
clients access those markets. They use cutting-edge technologies combined with a
street-wise acumen they’ve developed over decades in the business to access all
available liquidity pools in order to execute customer orders in a manner that is
not market disruptive. GHS makes markets in stocks in our core focus sectors - Energy,
International and Metals & Mining and rigorously pursues the
same standards of excellence and integrity that are consistent with our firm. We
offer FIX connectivity and OASYS allocations to our clients and use Pershing, LLC
as our clearing firm.
The GHS High Yield Bond Desk, founded with more than 60 years of experience between
its co-managers, the GHS High Yield Bond Desk teams our high yield research and
investment banking debt experts to offer investors and issuers alike comprehensive
debt financing and high yield solutions. Hailing from some of the best known firms
on the Street, the GHS High Yield Team came together with billions of dollars in
annual transaction experience.
The GHS Sales and Trading Team is led by GHS President Edward R. Lainfiesta, who
