Edward R. Lainfiesta

Board Member & President

Mr. Lainfiesta, having worked in the Securities industry for over 20 years, brings a tremendous amount of experience and leadership to GHS. Mr. Lainfiesta runs GHS' Institutional Sales & Trading group. Prior to his participation in the reorganization of the Company, he was employed with Roth Capital Partners, LLC as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Institutional Sales. While at Roth, Mr. Lainfiesta was responsible for not only managing, but building Roth's institutional sales force. Mr. Lainfiesta and his team were responsible for placing well over $1.0 billion in underwritings and private placements in his last few years with the firm.

Before joining Roth, Mr. Lainfiesta worked in Institutional Sales for such firms as Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. where he opened the West coast sales office and E-Offering where he was instrumental in opening that firm's Southern California office. Mr. Lainfiesta's professional career started as a Retail Broker with E F Hutton which led to positions with Lehman Brothers and Hambrecht and Quist. Mr. Lainfiesta attended Cal State University of Los Angeles.

Gregory Tuerk

Director of Institutional Sales

Mr. Tuerk joined the company in May of 2008 to head the institutional sales team and cover accounts.  Prior to joining GHS, Mr. Tuerk was the founder and  President of Trabuco Capital Management, a private company that managed liquid assets for the Keegan Family Partnership, a Northern California entity.  Mr. Tuerk led Trabuco Capital Management for 8 years employing a long/short investment style with an event driven focus.  Prior to founding Trabuco Capital Management, Mr. Tuerk  was employed by Roth Capital Partners where he was involved in the sales and trading effort and trading the proprietary account for the firm from 1998 to 2000.  From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Tuerk was part of the Genesis Merchant Group team, starting as an Over The Counter trader and then becoming a salesman and trader, eventually becoming a Partner of the firm.  Prior to this, Mr. Tuerk traded options on the Pacific Coast Options Exchange in San Francisco and was employed as a broker's broker on a high yield desk at Mabon, Nugent in New York. Mr. Tuerk holds a BA in Economics from Brown University.

Devin Arkison

Institutional Salesman

Mr. Arkison joined the Company in December of 2007 from First Albany Capital where he served as a Principal in the U.S. Institutional Equity Sales Department. During his career, he has successfully cultivated a work ethic that has lead him to become a top producer at all of his prior firms. Mr. Arkison's book of business covers hedge funds and mutual funds with his responsibilities at GHS as an Institutional Salesmen for the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas. Mr. Arkison's previous experience includes Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales at Sterne Agee/Southwest Securities, Everen Securities and McDonald & Co. Investments. In addition, Mr. Arkison was a Proprietary Trader at Broadway Trading for three years where he excelled in Wall Street research to make market-timing decisions as well as technical indicators to manage positions. Mr. Arkison holds a BA from Hobart College and has over 15 years in Institutional Equity Sales and Trading.

Timothy C. Arthurs

Institutional Salesman

Mr. Arthurs joined the Company in May of 2007 as an Institutional Salesman. Mr. Arthurs brings a tremendous number of relationships with institutional investors and publicly traded companies to GHS. Prior to joining GHS, Mr. Arthurs was employed by Roth Capital Partners, LLC as a Institutional Salesman. While at Roth, Mr. Arthurs lead his team to 200% growth year over year commissions paid to the firm and more than tripled the amount of institutional investors compensating the firm within his respective territory. He is also extremely active in introducing internationally based US-listed companies to US Investors. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, Mr. Arthurs worked in Research and Institutional Sales at FTN Midwest Research in Cleveland, Ohio where he was a member of both the "Best in Boutique Research Team" and recognized #1 "Regional Sales Force" by Institutional Investor Magazine. Mr. Arthurs studied Finance and Marketing at the University of Dayton, OH and received his BS in Finance from Slippery Rock University in PA.

Joel Coville

Institutional Salesman

Mr. Coville joined the Company in February of 2008 as an Institutional Salesmen. He was previously at Roth Capital Partners, LLC where he covered both New York and Florida territories as an Institutional Salesman. Early in his career, Mr. Coville served as Senior Investment Manager at Compass Bank Wealth Management Group in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Coville's responsibilities were asset allocation and correlation, as well as client relationship management for the group, which managed over $300,000,000 in assets. He earned a BS in Finance at the University of Alabama and has been in the securities industry for over 10 years.

Michael Grijalva

Institutional Salesman

Mr. Grijalva joined Global Hunter Securities in February 2008 from Clarke Financial Group, Inc., an Irvine, California based financial services firm. At GHS, Mr. Grijalva is on the Institutional Sales Team covering the West Coast and Texas territories. Mr. Grijalva earned his BA from Pepperdine University. He has been in the investment business since 2003.

Stephen Mathes

Institutional Salesman

Mr. Mathes joined the Company in November of 2007 as an Institutional Salesman. Prior to joining GHS, Mr. Mathes was an Associate Director of Institutional Sales for C. K. Cooper & Company, an investment banking boutique that focused almost exclusively on the energy sector. While at C.K. Cooper he was responsible for facilitating the institutional sales activities of the firm including research sales, company road shows and cultivating new clientele in the West Coast region. Mr. Mathes draws vast experiences from various industries and professions. Mr. Mathes has held numerous professional sales positions in the technology, internet and consumer sectors. Mr. Mathes attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where he graduated with a degree in Agriculture Business Management with a concentration in Marketing/Sales. Mr. Mathes also holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University of San Francisco.

Jason Reitelman

Institutional Salesman

Mr Reitelman is an Institutional Salesman. Prior to joining GHS, Mr Reitelman was most recently at Capital Growth Financial. Prior to his experience there he had spent almost three years at Noble Financial Group since March of 2005. His Institutional Sales career began at Sidoti & Co in 2001, where he developed the firm's efforts in Canada, before he moved on to Cathay Financial in 2004. Prior to moving to sales, Mr Reitelman worked first at the Bank of New York Mellon for two years, and later at Goldman Sachs & Co in various operational roles. Mr. Reitelman, is a graduate of Lake Forest College, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and European Studies. Additionally he is fluent in French and conversant in Italian.
